In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, a love for all things automotive, and the ability to communicate with clients on every level Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales goals while developing in the business.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting dealership services and inventory.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper display on the lot.
- Support the sales process by partnering with team members on upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards in all interactions with clients.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Experience
- 1 year previous experience in automotive sales, service or a related field is required.
- Outbound sales or customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer first experience
