- Respond to an average of 10-20 leads per day through our website and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the car buying experience.
- Facilitate car sales, including signing contracts and arranging financing options.
- Maintain knowledge of the current inventory and stay updated on new stock.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing is a plus.
