PART TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON NEEDED
Applicant is needed to perform various Maintenance duties.
Duties may consist of :
- Plumbing
- Sheetrock repairs
- Painting
- A / C filter replacements
- Generator checks
- Various repairs on maintenance of building
Schedule will be as follows :
Monday - Friday 8am-3 : 30pm
Saturday - 8am - 1pm
Education / Experience / License required :
Minimum education - high school degree
Two years of experience of Housekeeping / Maintenance
