Reports To: H.S. Assistant Principal
Salary Range: $42,000 – $64,000, based on appropriate salary schedule, commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio certification/licensure in Integrated Science (7-12)
- Positive and initiative-driven professional with a passion for teaching high school students
- Dedicated to helping students develop high levels of academic competency
- Effective communication and collaborative skills with team-oriented philosophies
- Skilled at bridging differences and fostering mutual respect to create a cohesive, effective learning environment
- Ability to pass BCI and FBI background checks
- Willingness to be involved in the school improvement process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and human relation skills
- Ability to plan and develop an instructional program in integrated science
- Ability to learn and use Google Suite, Schoology (course learning management system) and other technology
Responsibilities:
- Develop an integrated science curriculum and teach high school youth
