Job Summary: The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing our construction projects, while leading a team of subcontractors and construction workers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient project execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards, adherence to project plans, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Job Responsibilities: Including but not limited to
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews, providing clear direction and guidance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on the construction site.
- Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, and budget compliance; report regularly to project managers.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics to maintain an efficient workflow on site.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, addressing them promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.

Requirements:Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a superintendent.
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience with all applicable Florida building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
- OSHA certification and other relevant certifications/licenses are preferred.
