We are expanding our operations and looking to hire a motivated and driven Entry Level Management Associate who is eager to grow into a client-facing management role. In this position, you will manage client accounts, support customer engagement, and gain hands-on experience in business development and team management.
We have recently secured new contracts with a major telecommunications provider and have been trusted to manage client outreach and lead customer enrollment campaigns in new markets. To meet this demand, we’re looking for individuals who are ready to learn how to manage daily operations, develop leadership skills, and become a key player in long-term client relationship management.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Management Associate
- Support day-to-day operations across field campaigns, manage client outreach, and business reporting
- Manage client acquisition efforts, delivering tailored solutions that align with individual needs
- Collaborate with leadership to oversee client accounts, monitor progress, and manage deliverables
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for team growth, sales improvement, and client satisfaction
- Take initiative on internal projects, developing leadership habits and learning how to manage a team
- Strengthen communication, strategic thinking, and manage decision-making as part of daily responsibilities
