Pay Range
$125,000 or $150,000 DOE

The Role
ACS’s Private Equity DCM team is seeking an Analyst to join their growing New York team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Work with deals teams and support senior-level capital markets professionals in determining, recommending, and negotiating optimal capital structures for portfolio companies
- Attend all Private Equity investment committee meetings to help generate idea flow
- Develop timely insight into current capital markets, including forces driving the markets, types of lenders in the markets, debt solutions available, etc.
- Help support senior level team in driving execution processes for portfolio company financings
- Maintain relationships with capital markets and banking teams focused on core verticals at each investment bank
- Maintain relationships with institutional debt investors and investment banking teams to encourage direct dialogue, partnership opportunities, and syndication participation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain deal-related marketing materials and analyses
- Prepare and organize team-level and portfolio-level data processes and projects
- Help build and maintain databases relevant to the business
- 1 - 2 years of analyst experience at a leading investment bank preferably within leveraged finance, financial sponsor coverage, or an industry vertical with debt experience
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask and operate as both a self-starter and team player
- Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and presentation (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and reasoning skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
