Summary and Functions
Position Summary:
Responsible for processing incoming orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Functions:
Processing (receiving, typing information into the system) approximately 25-35 orders per day.
Sending email confirmations to customers in a professional manner.
Communicating with customer service to ensure accuracy, and efficiency of each order.
Coordinate with other order entry members to expedite the flow of work.
And other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must have a positive work attitude.
Must use proper email etiquette.
Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Outlook Express.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and quality minded.
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to multi task.
Some lifting, bending, reaching, stretching is required. Sitting 8 hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
