Company Overview: Apollo offers TeleCare solutions to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Using two-way video on a tablet, our live TeleCaregivers engage with 3-4 scheduled check-ins a day and are available On Demand 24/7 for immediate assistance. Apollo's comprehensive assistance extends to medication and appointment reminders, cueing and coaching of ADLs, coordinating transportation, ensuring kitchen safety, and detecting falls. Importantly, we also address feelings of isolation and loneliness. Our services can be conveniently funded through Medicaid Adult Waivers, Long-Term Care Insurance, or Private Pay options. As we expand across Colorado, we're building a dedicated sales team to drive our growth in this market.


Position Overview: At Apollo TeleCare, the role of a Sales Representative is dynamic and multifaceted, supporting customers and acting as a key resource in the early phases of the customer journey. In this position, you will become an expert in our life-changing services, TeleCare/Remote Supports, and guide end users/families/case managers/stakeholders through the first portion of the purchase journey using various funding options, with a primary focus on families going through Medicaid HCBS Waivers. Your outreach will be to end users/families/case managers/stakeholders who have expressed interest in our product and are in need of resources and guidance as they navigate the process of getting TeleCare/Remote Support services. You'll tackle obstacles to deliver a world-class experience, manage and maintain CRM data, and contribute to our revenue growth. Once the sale is made you will continue to support the end users/families/case managers/stakeholders as long as the end user is a client.


Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, phone, and social media prospecting for potential sales leads in your assigned territory – with flexibility to sell referral-based deals.
  • Conduct statewide outreach for low-income housing and independent living, day program opportunities, focusing on identifying and securing new prospects, building relationships with referral partners, Case Management Agencies, lead groups, trade shows, and value-added resellers.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with case managers, caregivers, family members and end users.
  • Understand and assess clients' pain points to propose relevant merchant solutions that build partnerships with long-term benefits and success.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all activities in the company CRM and all reporting mechanisms.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue generation goals.
  • Monthly sales goal of 10 new clients per month
  • Coordinate with Claris’ support department to ensure excellent customer service and flawless execution for all of our customers, i.e., place orders with Apollo IT department to make sure there are tablets/apps ready for clients.
  • Initiate and build rapport with potential customers exploring Apollo’s TeleCare/Remote Supports services through various funding options (primarily Medicaid), proactively guiding them through the initial stages of their purchase journey.
  • Engage with end users/families/case manager/stakeholders interested in Apollo’s TeleCare/Remote Supports services with a focus on outbound outreach to new leads, averaging 30-40 dials per day.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to discuss the product in-depth with end users/families/case manager/stakeholders, explaining how each feature benefits specific diagnoses and addressing any initial questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve any challenges that arise during the early stages of the insurance process, providing feedback to enhance the Apollo experience.
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs focused on tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound lead outreach and initial support efforts.
  • Support the sales process with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate customer data in the Apollo CRM and follow-up and maintain account management duties.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, including the handling of sensitive customer information.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and managers to optimize outbound processes and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Provide insights and observations from initial customer interactions to management and the marketing team, driving projects aimed at improving the early stages of the customer journey.
  • Maintain an 8-hour workday Monday through Friday. Some weekend work may be necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2C, B2B and outside sales, including cold calling and prospecting (30 – 40 prospecting calls daily).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, social media, and WellSky EHR.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Act! & Zoho).
  • Professional, clean, and presentable appearance.
