THE ROLE :
Apollo is looking to add an Analyst to their Institutional Product Specialist Team. The role will support the Institutional Product Specialist effort, partnering closely with the Product Specialists, Institutional Sales teams and Product Management teams. The responsibilities of the role will include (but are not limited to) the following :
- Provide key fundraising support for the senior product specialist team
- Support fundraising processes in close partnership with Sales teams, such as mapping out key targets for fundraise
- Manage product specialist pipelines and monitor fundraising goals and budget for the year
- Liaise and communicate with COO team on various timelines, deadlines and product-based KPIs
- Create thoughtful follow up for meetings with investors in partnership with Sales, Product Management and Product Specialists
- Provide critical client support and follow up through coordination of materials and CRM database management in coordination with the Sales and Product Management Teams
- Coordinate deliverables and preparations for meetings for Product Specialists and Investment team members
- Develop thorough understanding of Apollo's product suite

Pay Range
125,000-150,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
