Role : Quality Assurance Analyst
Location : Indianapolis, IN Remote
Duration : 12 Months
The essential functions of this role are as follows :
Conduct procedures to ensure that all IT systems, products, and services meet minimum Work closely with the applications development team during software development, to in Administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
Document testing data, findings, and reports.

Provide requested weekly / bi-weekly / monthly reports and regularly updates assigned ma Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future confi Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.

Mentor and provide guidance and training to new and / or lower-level staff.

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment :
Thorough knowledge of agency IT / business systems.
Thorough knowledge of applicable federal / state / local rules, regulations, statutes, and pro Thorough knowledge of QA testing and reporting procedures and practices.
Extensive knowledge of applications development, operations / technical support, and app Ability to identify and resolve problems or assist in the development of creative solutions Effective communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities / Direct Reports :
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
Difficulty of Work :
