Job Description :
- Promotes the utilization of technical services to resolve business issues within the enterprise, agency, program area, or division;
- Provides technical support on complex business intelligence projects and performs as a Subject Matter Expert in business or functional area;
- May participate in strategic planning processes for ODA's Data Visualization / Business Intelligence team; Assists with developing technical standards and policies to meet the needs of customers, peers, and management;
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts;
- May serve as a project leader providing guidance, advice, supervision and / or training to other analysts;
- Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with data visualization-based agencies to help them meet their business and technical needs;
- Collaborates with Data Science / Public HealthGeographics, Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Surveillance, Outreach& Equity, and Data Governance teams within ODA;
- Participates in the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence steering committee as it relates to data governance and visualization best practices;
- Assists Data Visualization / Business Intelligence team with dashboard development as needed.
