Position Overview
- Develop and implement a comprehensive RFP/DDQ process that ensures high quality, timely responses to client inquiries
- Write, edit and create content for RFPs, DDQs and other proposal documents to respond to client inquiries
- Oversee the production of client reporting, consultant databases, and repeatable marketing materials
- Ensure that all deliverables are accurate, timely, and consistent with the firm's brand and messaging
- Work closely with the sales and investment teams to support their efforts to win and retain business
- Focus on improving efficiencies and driving scale through optimized process and incorporation of technology solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal constituents
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust the team's strategy accordingly
- Manage and develop a sub-set of the team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their professional growth and success
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably with some exposure to Alternatives
- Experience with handling RFP/DDQs, client reporting, and consultant databases
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Pay Range
175,000-215,000The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
