Position Overview
The Product organization within CPS shapes and executes our capital formation strategy across all fundraises. Working closely with the COO function, we drive the product business strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and deliver the strategic scale required to meet ambitious growth targets. We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Enablement Strategy Professional to lead a team dedicated to modernizing the alternative investment lifecycle—designing and owning the delivery of tech solutions that simplify processes, harness modern technology, and elevate our fundraising operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Innovate and Reimagine: Think outside the box to develop and implement cutting-edge tech solutions that streamline and transform the fundraising operations lifecycle.
Optimize and Scale: Lead process optimization, strategic planning, and project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all product-related fundraising activities.
Leverage Technology: Champion the use of modern tools and platforms to simplify workflows, improve data-driven decision-making, and power holistic fintech strategies.
Manage Critical Processes: Design and oversee the systems and processes for Diligence Requests, Consultant Databases, firmwide fundraising content, and reporting to ensure consistency and scalability.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement that delivers tangible, strategic outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
4–7 years of demonstrated success in strategy consulting, project management, product management, or strategic planning
Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and leverage modern technologies to deliver measurable business impact
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing, collaborative teams
Data-driven mindset, adept at translating insights into strategies that drive meaningful scale
Passion for creative problem-solving and ownership of innovative technology solutions
Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
Salary : $175,000 - $215,000
