Position : MEDICAL MARKETER APOLLO PAIN MANAGEMENT

APOLLO PAIN MANAGEMENT is a growing integrated health care organization with offices in the Sun City Center and Bradenton areas. Our focus is on providing our patients with advanced, non-opioid based therapies for the improvement of their pain conditions. We are seeking a qualified Medical Marketer who is a reliable, energetic team-player with experience in marketing within the medical field.

Employment Type : W2

Compensation : $50,000 / year plus incentive bonus structure. Mileage to be reimbursed.

Work Location : Main office in Sun City Center, FL ; Satellite office in Bradenton, FL

Territory : South Hillsborough and Bradenton region (from south Brandon, FL to Sarasota, FL)

Education : High school or equivalent required. College preferred.

Responsibilities :

Promote the business and services of Apollo Pain Management to potential referral sources.
Call on referral sources, to include medical practice offices, Workers Comp, law offices, imaging facilities, etc. Ensure we are in their network and maintain good relations.
Arrange / coordinate marketing lunches and speaking engagements for providers.
Reserve space at marketing expos and man tables when needed.
Promote practice by scheduling daily posts on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, X, , etc).
Maintain relationships with other health organizations, attorneys, Workers Comp, government agencies, and third-party payers, and establish new relationships with same.
Maintain the overall professional image of the office.
Create communication plans to reach out to current and prospective referral sources.
Meet with the practice leadership team on regular basis to strategize marketing plans.
Analyze marketing data and reporting it to APM leadership.
Maintain database of referral sources.
Share personal accounts (referral partners in the area) with APM, helping warm intro / develop and establish relationships for the Company.

Other Responsibilities :

Conduct self professionally at all times.

Provide weekly reports of marketing efforts to APM leadership.

Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, vendors, physicians, coworkers, and regulatory agencies.

Participate in marketing activities and work with vendors and referring physicians as necessary.

Qualifications

Excellent marketing knowledge, project management abilities, and organizational skills.

Marketing experience in the medical field. Experience with Workers Comp and Personal Injury preferred.

Knowledge and experience with social media marketing.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is imperative.
