This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM. You'll have your weekends free to recharge while leading a high-performing team during the week.

YOUR ROLE AS A PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER
As a Plumbing Operations Manager, you will step into a leadership role where you will oversee and inspire a team of technicians, installers, and managers to perform at their best. You will handle everything from recruiting, training, and evaluating field staff to ensuring that all jobs are completed with the highest quality standards and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Managing workloads, schedules, and resources will be a key part of your role as you maximize both efficiency and profits.
You will facilitate weekly meetings, set performance goals, and ensure the team is meeting or exceeding expectations. When customer concerns arise, you will be the problem-solver, turning potential conflicts into opportunities for exceptional service. You will also oversee safety compliance, ensuring that OSHA standards are upheld and a culture of safety is maintained. Your strategic mindset will help grow the business by retaining Club Membership clients, identifying market trends, and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
