ABOUT THIS DISPATCHING ROLE
Work Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM
- In-office role based in Marysville, WA
The Position: As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you'll be the central point of communication between our technicians and customers. Your responsibilities will include dispatching technicians to the right jobs based on their expertise, ensuring they have the necessary information to succeed. After each job, you'll check in with technicians to debrief, making sure all required details are completed. You'll also be following up with customers regarding technician arrival times, conducting happy calls, and addressing any additional questions or concerns.
