Material Lab Technician
East Hartford, CT
Contract
22.50-$27.50 / hr.
Lab technician to fabricate polymer composites and adhesively bonded test samples, perform lab tests and organize and communicate test data and results. The candidate must possess exceptional technical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with testing and characterization techniques for polymer composites, adhesives and elastomers is preferred.
Required Education, Experience and Skills : Material Lab Technician
US citizenship is required due to programs requirements.
Our client requires that candidates must be able to obtain DoD Security Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Associate degree in science or technology or related field, or significant credits already taken towards associate degree.
Ability to work with lab equipment to fabricate polymer composite and adhesively bonded test samples, perform lab tests and characterization, organize and communicate test data and results.
