As a Traveling Merchandiser and Fixture Lead, you'll work alongside the team while supervising your crew. Your responsibilities will include safely moving, building, tearing down, and repositioning beams and shelving in store bays, relocating or adjusting the position of stock currently on display, relabeling shelves with new pricing labels, and ensuring products, information, signage, stickers, and other required materials are placed according to Plan-O-Grams and instructions. Requirements:
- 1 year(s) of experience in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or related skills within the industry, including team management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects within a region and supervising crews during reset/remodels, while meeting hours expectations and maintaining work quality.
- Background in the safe use of tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for varied shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Willingness to travel within your state and surrounding states starting from your first week.
- Demonstrated ability to interact efficiently and professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending throughout scheduled shifts.
- Ability to consistently pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout scheduled shifts.
- Comfortable working on a ladder up to 20 feet off the ground.
- No pets or guests allowed in hotel rooms (individuals with service animals should discuss their needs with HR).
