Key Responsibilities
Work closely with other Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties :
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Austin office, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
- Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Manage and expand a client portfolio, ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the financial health of projects and office operations.
- Conduct market forecasting and strategic planning to align with regional and company goals.
- Lead hiring and onboarding efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top engineering talent.
