Location : Richmond, VA
Duration : 3 Months
Hybrid schedule - 3 days per week.
Long term position for a year or longer.
Job Description :
10 years of proven experience in systems documentation to include source code,technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.
Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand,including business users.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology,Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids, etc.
Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
Required / Desired Skills :
Bachelor's degree or higher inInformation Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
Proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentation including user documentation,how-to guides.
Ability to analyze and document business system processes.
Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements.
Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids
