Position Overview
Apollo is looking for an Analyst to join the Global Family Office team within Apollo’s Client & Product Solutions (“CPS”) team.
The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and investor relations responsibilities, including:
- Develop and maintain an ongoing, detailed understanding of territory, business plan and support needs. Assist in developing and executing business plans for territory
- Ensure territory & product pipelines are coordinated across the team
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Apollo’s product suite
- Facilitate informational requests from clients/prospects and identify sensitivities/potential issues
- Work with sales and product team to provide support on team deliverables, including presentations, data management and bespoke projects for Sales professionals
- Assist the Client Solutions team in end-to-end sales process including prospective investor research and meeting preparation
- Provide updates on industry insights such as flows, strategic trends, and performance data by manager and strategy
- Utilize CRM data to support Apollo’s full product suite
- Research various databases and maintain internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor Information
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years experience in financial services industry
- Prior experience working with bank platforms or private wealth clients
- Prior knowledge/work experience in alternative investments preferred
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Must work effectively with other groups in the organization and collaborate as necessary
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/functions required including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
Pay Range
$110,000-$135,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
