Position Overview
The Apollo Human Capital team is responsible for managing HC processes and strategic initiatives which span the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, organization planning, compensation, analytics, immigration and employee engagement.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics and scheduling of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, fluency with excel, and a passion for providing exceptional candidate management. As a member of the Human Capital team focused on recruiting coordination within the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with recruiters, admins, search firms, candidates and business leaders daily.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Scheduling and Coordination : Arrange interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Candidate Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support.
- Logistics Management : Coordinate travel arrangements and other logistics for candidates as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of candidate interview schedules and recruitment metrics. Generate reports as required.
- Communication : Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and a positive recruitment experience.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.

Pay Range
85,000 - 100,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
