ApolloMD is actively seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist for the UNC Blue Ridge Health System near the beautiful Asheville mountains. This system provides advanced, affordable healthcare for the residents of Burke County while providing a broad scope of services. UNC Blue Ridge has two campuses, separated by roughly 9 miles. The Morganton campus is a traditional hospital setting while the Valdese campus is limited to outpatient procedures. A team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 16 CRNA s rotate between the sites.
Morganton, North Carolina is a wonderful place to live, work, play and raise a family. Located in Burke County, Morganton sits in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Table Rock Mountain, which provides a breathtaking backdrop every day. - Total Anesthesia Volume: 6,750
- Cases Include: Orthopedic/Spine, General Surgery, ENT, OB/Gyn, Urology, Opthalmology, Dental, healthy Pediatrics; limited thoracic, no cardiac surgery or intracranial neurosurgery
- Post-call days off
- CRNA s cover the majority of labor analgesia service
- Prescriptive schedule with every 5th week off
- 5 ORs, 2 Endoscopy Suites, 1 Cystoscopy Suite and a C-section OR
- 4 ORs, 2 Procedure Rooms
