Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Application Developer with a focus on process automation to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom software solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and use your technical expertise to create solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for testing, debugging, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the development process.

- Create and maintain automation scripts and programs
- Identify areas where process or automation would provide the greatest ROI
- Analyze complex business needs presented and recommend technical solutions
- Lead problem solving discussions across various groups within the enterprise
- Gather metrics and generate reports as needed by the enterprise
- Data Interface Import/Migration and Maintenance
- Documentation of processes and procedures
- External Vendor/Hospital Interface Setup, Maintenance, and Monitoring
- MSSQL Database Development and Support
- Design, Develop, and Maintain PowerBI Reports
- Generate Test Cases and verify actions
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by manager
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5 years’ experience of designing, developing and maintaining automation solutions
- Experience in Healthcare EHR/EMR Systems required
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is desired
- Experience of designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions
- Strong technical skills and experience with variety of platforms (MSSQL, .NET, PHP, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding, analysis, and develop advanced scripting (stored procedure, etc) and SQL Queries
- Knowledge of SOD concepts and IT Change Control Processes
- Strong understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, SSH, SFTP)
- Understanding of healthcare transactions sets (HL7, X12 5010)
- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
Position involves work in an office setting and sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
