What are we looking for? We are seeking exceptional and passionate Account Executives to join our elite team. As an Account Executive at Apono, you will be driving growth and expanding our customer base. Your expertise in SaaS, Cybersecurity, Identity (IAM) and DevOps sales, coupled with a startup mindset, will be crucial in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting Customers : Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Meeting Prospects : Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Apono's solutions can address their challenges.
  • Managing the Sales Cycle : Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for the customer.
  • CRM Management : Diligently update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • New Business and Upsell : Drive new business acquisition and identify opportunities for upselling within existing accounts.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for the customer.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 10 years in SaaS, software, or technology sales.
  • Cybersecurity / Identity (IAM) Sales Experience : Proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • DevOps Sales Experience : Familiarity and experience with selling DevOps-related products.
  • Startup Mindset : Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a must.
