This position is essential in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel environment and possess skills in dry cleaning and laundering.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures.
- Manage the dry cleaning process for guests, ensuring items are handled with care and returned promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
