Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Apos Boot Outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of employees. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive sales by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and knowledgeable shopping environment.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial transactions.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates to provide outstanding service.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve store goals and performance targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Develop local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
