Apostle Island Cruise Service is a small business in Bayfield, WI. We are creative, social, fun and our goal is to Provide excellent and safe sightseeing tours . We are currently looking for Captains for the 2025 Season.

We're looking for a captain who is willing to work hard and be an inspiration for others. The successful candidate will lead our team, help come up with new ideas and be a vital part of our team's success. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of working within a fast-paced environment and successfully leading teams through challenging tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Show safe boat handling skills on the water and docking.
- Communicate well with the crew and office staff.
- Operate the boat in all weather conditions.
- Plan route and determine if course needs to be altered.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Follow company protocols.
- Care for the crew, and make sure that they are safe and healthy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour

- 50 ton or greater CG issued Captains License with Great Lakes Endorsement.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- USCG Master License (Required)
