What You’ll Do:
- Develop responsive, high-performance websites and web applications with a strong emphasis on UI/UX best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life through clean, efficient code.
- Ensure websites and applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into functional, interactive web experiences.
- Maintain and improve existing websites, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies, design trends, and best practices in front-end development and UX/UI design.
What You Need aka the Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, graphic design, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on UI/UX.
- Proficiency in HTML and modern CSS and Java script frameworks
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for translating UI/UX designs into code.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
- Hands-on experience with API integration, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility in web applications.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including site speed, structured data, and metadata optimization.
