Summary

As a Dietary Aide at Apostolic Christian LifePoints, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and appetizing meals. This position is essential to our commitment to high-quality care, as you will assist in meal preparation and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
• Support the dietary department by managing food inventory and supplies.
• Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas after meals.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and nursing personnel regarding residents' dietary needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation or service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle meal service tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
