Job Summary
As a nurse at Apostolic Christian Restmor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. This role involves administering nursing measures, supervising, evaluating, and planning care, and communicating with residents, family, and other healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document resident progress and provide regular updates to physicians and other healthcare providers
- Engage with residents and their families to promote open communication and shared decision-making
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current Illinois Nursing License (LPN or RN)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
