- Assist in resident assessment and implementation of appropriate interventions
- Plan and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being
- Deliver medications accurately and timely, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Illinois Nursing License as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
