Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and accurately dispense medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Exercise proper technique and uphold best practices while compounding non-sterile preparations.
- Strictly adhere to medical terminology standards and all relevant pharmacy regulations.
- Manage inventory by ordering, tracking, and restocking medications in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional patient service, offering clear guidance on medication use and addressing patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient care and streamline medication management processes.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification from an accredited program.
