What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency Manager position at APP Marketing?
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the performance, efficiency, and profitability of the agency. They will coordinate the team and implement operations to achieve agency goals while monitoring adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead human resource functions for agency
- Oversees productivity for each role within the agency
- Establishes and oversees agency standards of client service
- Promotes and updates agency operations procedures
- Manages carrier contracts and relationships
- Assist with agency key accounts
LICENSING & COMPLIANCE:
- Maintain employee license files, assist with new licensing for producers, staff
- Maintain and apply for various State licenses as needed (Now delegated to Bookkeeping)
- Secretary of State reports and downloads of Certificate of Good Standing as needed for State licensing
- Updates to the Texas Department of Insurance for personnel, officers, locations of operation, address changes etc.
- State compliance issues – review TDI Bulletins regularly; respond to TDI notice of prior website compliance issues; review & implement as new laws take effect
SALES SUPPORT:
- Complete integration and implementation of new producers and/or new books of business into IOT systems. Carrier letters, client communications, loading into Sagitta, assignment of servicer, marketing, reports, etc.
- New Business oversight and marketing; new Business profile
- Support to implement cross sell initiatives – order co-branded brochures, run cross-sell lists, mass mailing letters; EPLI, Fiduciary Liability, Cyber quotes etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
