Office Assistant
APP Marketing is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and friendly individual to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers via phone and email, Monday through Thursday. Under minimal supervision from the management team, the Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and customer support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks with accuracy.
· Communicate with customers to ensure proper shipping specifications for parts.
· Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, take messages, and resolve inquiries as needed.
· Respond to customer questions regarding company products and services.
· Provide administrative support for various projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
· Strong ability to adapt to changing procedures and assignments.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Detail-oriented, hardworking, and highly organized.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
