- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Illustrator and video editing tools to enhance posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback while engaging with followers in a timely manner.
- Utilize Hootsuite or similar tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Implement SEO best practices in all social media content to improve visibility and engagement.
- Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and other newsworthy content through social media channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
