Duties

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform's audience.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator for designing high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
• Use tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends to leverage social media for driving sales and conversions.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
• Strong skills in content creation and video editing to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Experience in public relations to effectively communicate brand messages.
• Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and audience engagement.
