In the Dough Production role at App Cookie Company, you will be responsible for making large batches of cookie dough from scratch. You will also help keep the dough production area of the store organized and clean. Our employees must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and food quality.

Position Requirements:

• Typical Shifts: 7am - 2pm; 2pm - 9pm *training shifts may vary from these hours*
• Must have availability leading up to Christmas and Thanksgiving OR availability immediately following Christmas and Thanksgiving
• Must be a quick learning individual
• Position can be physically demanding, must be comfortable standing for long periods
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pay close attention to detail
• Must be positive and proactive
• Must be capable of and comfortable coming to work during inclement weather
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Position Responsibilities:

• Reading and following instructions
• Working independently
• Putting away ingredients when food orders arrive
• Occasionally lifting 50lb bags of flour, sugar, oats, etc… to fill ingredient bins
• Making cookie dough, icing and pastry fillings from scratch
• Moving dough to storage containers
• Communicating with co-workers regarding inventory
• Repetitive movement and cognitive skills
• Sweeping, mopping, washing dishes and other general cleaning duties

Availability Requirements:

• (Required) Ability to work at least 3 Shifts per week or 18-21 hours per week
• (Required) Availability for 5 shifts per week (Available for 5 and able to work 3 so that you can work a variety of shifts)
• (Preferred) Morning availability
