The Qualified Professional will:
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care
- Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
- Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor degree is required
- Must be a Qualified Professional, with at least 2 years of experience working with the community services or population served.
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Position Specific and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field other than human services with 4 years experience working with the MH/SA/DD population to be served; or bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 years experience working with the population served.
- Minimum of four years of working experience in a child mental health setting preferred.
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
- QP (Qualified Professional) credential is required for this position.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Compensation: $22.91 hourly
