Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare
regulations, filing, documentation completion, agency policies and procedures, and
HIPAA
Manages clinician calendars, schedules appointments, and prepares records for the daily
appointments
Enters important consumer data into medical records to schedule appointments, record
services rendered, etc.
Answers phone calls, transfers to the appropriate parties, is courteous to the public,
collects fees for services, assists consumers with questions regarding services available, etc.
Must possess a positive and professional attitude, work well with
others, have a strong commitment to patient care, understand office flow, and have knowledge of
Mental Health, Social Work or Health Care Fields.
Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the

Education and/or Experience: Must possess at least a High School Diploma. Office experience in the healthcare field preferred.
