**Key Responsibilities:**
- **DMS Implementation & Management**: Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of a Dealership Management System (DMS) to improve dealership operations across multiple departments.
- **Software Administration**: Oversee all aspects of the dealership software, ensuring smooth functionality, data integrity, and optimized performance.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with third-party vendors and support providers to resolve system issues and maintain software updates and compliance.
**Technical Expertise:**
- **Dealership Management Systems**: Proficiency with DMS software such as **Reynolds and Reynolds, ADP (CDK Global), and Dealertrack**.
- **Software Integration**: Experience in integrating dealership software with related hardware and ensuring seamless operation across all dealership functions.
- **Project Management**: Demonstrated experience in managing complex software projects, including DMS implementation and user training within dealership environments.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience**: At least 5 years in systems administration, preferably within the dealership or a similar field.
- **Educational Background**: Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
