Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn various landscaping techniques.

Duties

• Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Engage in tree care activities including planting, pruning, and removal as necessary.
• Conduct lawn care maintenance, ensuring healthy growth through proper fertilization and watering techniques.
• Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation while ensuring proper care and upkeep.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and improvement.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions involving transportation of equipment.
