What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Treatment Professionals position at Appalachian Judicial Circuit?
The Appalachian Judicial Circuit is seeking multiple part-time contract Treatment Professionals to serve the Accountability Court Programs to include Adult Felony Drug Court, Veterans Court, HELP Court, and Family Treatment Court. Treatment facilities are located in Cherry Log and Jasper, GA.
CADC preferred but not required. Can be actively working on certification or other licensure/education.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Facilitate evidence-based groups.
-Meet individually with participants to discuss recovery goals, treatment plan, 12 steps, and more.
-Documentation in the electronic case management system.
-Provide individual therapy to participants (if qualified/licensed).
-Maintain procedures for confidentiality, release of information, and program adherence to and compliance with established Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines.
-Attend training to further education and become certified in other curricula.
-Adhere to NAADAC Code of Ethics.
Preferred, but not required, experience in evidence-based curricula including MRT, T4C, Matrix Model, CBI-SA, Seeking Safety, etc.
