Duties

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including basic life support measures when necessary.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical assistant role or relevant training in medical administrative support is preferred.
- Orthopedic experience a plus.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient interaction and service excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.
