Position Overview
As a Patient Mobility Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients within a healthcare facility. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with mobility limitations, helping them with transfers, positioning, and mobility exercises. By promoting patient comfort and independence, you will contribute to their overall well-being and recovery. The Mobility Tech performs all job functions under the direction of a licensed nurse, assisting the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with their skills / training and the needs of the department. The Mobility Tech supports the patient care team by maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.

Compensation is a flat rate of $16.00 per hour and is eligible for shift differential on top of the base rate of pay for qualifying shifts.

- Compensation is commensurate upon education & experience – range is $16.00 / hour or more (depending on education & experience). Benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment from the new hire orientation date. This position is a non-exempt position.
