Minimum Qualifications
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check

Essential Job Functions
- Reports to the Director of Business Services.
- Assist with performances, office functions, receptions, and special events, as needed.
- Generally contribute to successful efficient office operations however needed.
- Maintain the office functionality by ordering and organizing office supplies, keeping water and kitchen supplies stocked, keeping files organized, shredding sensitive documents.
- Addressing and mailing various cards/letters
- Checking and distributing mail and packages
- Organizing the shared area/archives
- On and Off Campus Errands
- Check pick up/delivery
- Cash/donation deliveries
- Post office
- Office supply pick up
- Submit and manage work orders and facilities requests for Turchin/Arts Engagement offices
- Basic Receipt Assistance
- Scanning, copying, organizing them in numeric order
- Assistance with university forms
- EX: IT software requests, repetitive forms, tech requests,
- Business Office reminder emails to staff
- Aid in phone answering when in the office
- Maintain staff contact lists, birthday lists, other staffing records
- Aid with APPlause program by providing customer service to schools and groups, managing reservations, communicating with parking and traffic ahead of performances, creating seating charts, record keeping, and post-performance surveys.
- Physical key maintenance and management
- Expected hours are 10-20 hours per week with more hours expected June-August during the App Summer festival.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Schedule/Hours
10-20 hours per week within Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 business office hours. Additional hours for assistance with performances and special events, as needed.
