Essential Job Functions
Program Knowledge/ Records Administration – Maintain a teachable attitude – constantly learn and gain new knowledge of assigned processes. Learn the routines of records administration and execute these procedures the same way every time. Enter data and verify records in inventory control software. Use critical reasoning to solve out-of-the-box problems with database management and reporting. Serves as a resource to others.
Mathematics – Maintain and verify computer records for multiple connected processes. Assist the supervisor in troubleshooting errors that occur with established procedures. Work must be completed accurately – double and triple check to ensure no mistakes are made.
Customer Service – Serve all customers – internal and external – promptly with politeness and a good attitude. Maintain knowledge of the products in your assigned area; be able to answer questions and assist customers as needed.
