This full-time on-site role as a General Manager is based in Healdsburg, CA in Sonoma County. The General Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The General Manager works closely with the Co-Founders and Senior Leadership Team to provide exceptional experiences for guests, drive revenue growth, maintain the highest standards of quality, and build a people-focused culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel management. They should possess the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth, proven people leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to create and maintain a high standard of quality, strong financial acumen and business skills, experience in culinary-focused hotels, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. California operating experience is highly preferred.
