Athlete Performance Director – Lead, Inspire, Dominate

Full-Time (40 Hours/Week, Nights Required)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 with up to $18,000 in performance bonus opportunity.

As Athlete Performance Director, you will be the driving force behind our high-performance programs, leading our coaching team and shaping the future of athlete development at ATS.

Your Mission as Athlete Performance Director:

  • Lead & Develop Coaches: Mentor, educate, and inspire our coaching staff to deliver industry-leading training while upholding ATS’s hard hat mentality and commitment to excellence.
  • Own the Athlete Performance Program: From program design to execution, you’ll oversee every aspect of high-performance training, ensuring ATS remains a leader in strength and conditioning.
  • Set the Standard: Be the example of energy, discipline, and professionalism, driving a culture of hard work, consistency, and relentless improvement.
  • Drive Results: Implement and refine data-driven training methodologies that deliver undeniable results for athletes.
  • Elevate the ATS Experience: Build relationships with athletes, ensuring they not only reach their goals but also feel part of a family-driven, results-focused community.
  • Lead From the Front: Whether it’s coaching sessions, program development, or team meetings, your leadership will influence everything that happens in the program.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leader: You have experience developing teams and driving a culture of excellence.
  • Passionate & Knowledgeable: Strength & conditioning is your world, and you bring expert-level training knowledge with you.
  • Results-Driven & Data-Focused: You believe in measurable progress and using data to fine-tune performance programming.
  • Dynamic & Personable: You know how to motivate, inspire, and connect with both athletes and coaches.
  • Certified & Experienced:
  • 2 years of coaching experience (leadership experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • CSCS, CFSC, NASM, ACSM, or ACE certifications are a plus.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
