Your Mission as Athlete Performance Director:
- Lead & Develop Coaches: Mentor, educate, and inspire our coaching staff to deliver industry-leading training while upholding ATS’s hard hat mentality and commitment to excellence.
- Own the Athlete Performance Program: From program design to execution, you’ll oversee every aspect of high-performance training, ensuring ATS remains a leader in strength and conditioning.
- Set the Standard: Be the example of energy, discipline, and professionalism, driving a culture of hard work, consistency, and relentless improvement.
- Drive Results: Implement and refine data-driven training methodologies that deliver undeniable results for athletes.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leader: You have experience developing teams and driving a culture of excellence.

- Results-Driven & Data-Focused: You believe in measurable progress and using data to fine-tune performance programming.
- Dynamic & Personable: You know how to motivate, inspire, and connect with both athletes and coaches.
- Certified & Experienced:
- 2 years of coaching experience (leadership experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- CSCS, CFSC, NASM, ACSM, or ACE certifications are a plus.
- CPR/AED certification required.
